Welcome to the site.

My name is Mark Jones. I have ADHD and Asperger's.

I was a carer for my daughter for 23 years. My daughter was 100% dependant. She was quadriplegic, blind, unable to talk and also had severe epilepsy. 4 of those years were as a single parent. My daughter passed away in November 2022.

Nothing can ever take away the pain of losing my daughter at such a young age but the one thing that has helped me more than any counsellor or medication is photography.

For that brief time when the light is great over a beautiful scene, we can for a while be absorbed in the moment. Photography has helped me no longer use medication or see a counsellor. My hope is that from photography, you can also find some peace.

I have made this website to help those with mental health difficulties, where we can discuss photography, hopefully meet up, and just be there for each other when needed.

I would like to organise trips where those that wish to can enjoy a sunrise or sunset together. Hopefully even a trip to Iceland, Portugal or France together. Just a group of friends photographing amazing locations.
